Jumping obstacle course

We practiced our forward jumping, I placed some colored paper on the floor each one at different distance from each other.



Kyra had to judge the distance and then jump. She could do better with AFO, but we were training the muscles without it. We always do it both ways to teach the muscles.


Next came supported side jumps.

With Side Jumps you can strengthen the major muscles in your hips and legs and also work to strengthen the tendons and develop their elasticity. They achieve this by placing extra stress on them in a controlled setting.


next it was Unsupported side jumps, that just needs a LOT of practice, but this is what we are doing and hope to master these jumps soon!
